Terms and Conditions for Ordering from Penelope’s Flowers and Gifts
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for delivered orders unless there was an error in the order fulfillment. If the delivered order does not match the items or specifications of your original order, we will issue a partial refund based on the price difference between the ordered and delivered items. To request a refund for an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a detailed description of the issue and supporting photos.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least one day before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellation requests received after this time will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be denied at the discretion of Penelope’s Flowers and Gifts. To request a cancellation, please call our shop directly. Cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to approval based on the status of your order and proximity to the scheduled delivery date.
Ordering Process
When placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including recipient details, delivery address, and payment information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or for any other reason at our discretion.
Delivery

Substitutions
In the event that a specific flower or product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery of your order. If you have specific requirements or preferences, please include them in the order notes or contact us directly.

We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize Penelope’s Flowers and Gifts to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and delivery fees.
Limitation of Liability
Penelope’s Flowers and Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
