Due to ongoing shortages, we may occasionally not have certain types of flowers in stock. If we do not have a flower type in stock,
we will substitute the flowers with a flower of equal or greater value.
Orders placed before 10:30am on Saturday will be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed after 10:30am on Saturday will be delivered the following Monday.

Our promise to you is that Penelope’s will always try to match the image of the bouquet above. Sometimes, however, flowers are out of season. If we must use a substitution, we promise to match the substitute flower with the same or greater value.
